THE PLAN
Get packing guys! The date has been set and we would like to invite you to our big day. We’re really excited to have our closest and dearest with us, and if you would like to join us a few days before the wedding, we'd love to show you what Mauritius has to offer.
We've put together a tentative itinerary of what we'll be doing for the week. Feel free to join us. We've included indicative costs per person for those who are interested.
Monday 12th
Private floating isand
Our own floating island for the day. Get the perfect tan sipping on cocktails in the middle of the ocean.
Relax the Mauritian way.
Saturday 10th
Welcome party
No rest for the wicked. We'll pick you up at the airport and help you settle in. That evening, we hit the bars and clubs in the North of the island.
Tuesday 13th
Catamaran trip
Catamaran day! We start bright and early and set sail for the beautiful islands in the North. If we're lucky, we might even catch a glimpse of the whales and playful dolphins.

Thursday 15th
Le Morne hike
Hike up the majestic slave trail on the South Western coast and enjoy spectacular ocean views. After we've worked up a sweat, we can catch our breath with a beer in Flic en Flac.

Nothing planned: just a free day to roam around and explore, or just be lazy and work on your tan!

A well deserved lie in to beat that hangover and jet lag. In the evening, we'll paddleboard to Sealovers bar to catch a sundowner.

We recommend: Plage Bleue
We have negotiated a discounted price for a limited number of luxury beachfront villas at Plage Bleue, in Pointe Aux Piments. Each villa is serviced daily and comes with all the right equipment - a fridge for your booze, Webber BBQ machine for your grub, and air conditioning to mend your hangover. The villas are right on the beach but if you don't fancy a dip in the sea, there's an exclusive pool flanked by sun loungers on your doorstep. The complex is close to the best beaches, attractions, and nightlife in the North and we'll be staying there ourselves to host a lot of the pre-wedding shenanigans (beach parties, barbecues, etc).

Each room will cost £75 per night from Saturday the 10th to Monday the 19th of November. Please note that this rate is only valid if you are staying for the full period. To book, there is a £200 non-refundable deposit. For the location, and time of the year, this is a cracking deal, so get in touch as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

If Plage Bleue does not suit you, Mauritius has plenty of great hotels and options to suit every taste and budget. We recommend that you stay in the North near Grand Baie, Trou aux Biches, Pointe aux Piments or Month Choisy to guarantee the best time. Click on the link below to check out what's available.
